You Don’t Have Access to This 365 Admin Portal

I got this error when I was helping another IT company and could not log into their Microsoft 365 admin portal. I figured it had to do with security, so I had the original admin who created the account log in and we removed the default security in Azure.

1. How to remove
2. Log into the admin portal
3. Azure Active Directory
4. Properties/which is tenant properties
5. at the bottom, click on “Manage Security Defaults”
6. Turn off

Once this is done, you can continue and setup security again.
