About 40% of my requests include Gmail.com or Google Workspace Outlook issues. I’m very familiar with how POP/IMAP work with Outlook, how to repair and fix sync issues, help sync the contacts and calendar with your Android or iPhone. Outlook itself will only sync contacts and calendar with Microsoft Exchange Business mailboxes or a personal Outlook.com account. Everything else requires a connector or a sync product. With that said, I help many clients using Gmail or Google Workspace sync their data to the cloud/phones. Probably one of my top requests.

Have you ever seen (This Computer Only) in your Outlook folders or contacts/calendar? This data is in a file in your computer that to me, is very dangerous. If you deleted your Gmail account from your Outlook, all of that data in (This Computer Only)  deletes itself as well. Data recovery is possible but unlikely.
