Pro’s of Sherweb:
- Do it yourself sales, all changes to your account can be made online and easy to upgrade licenses, add licences
- I can be an admin of the account and do these changes for you
- Easy transfer of accounts to Sherweb from Appriver
- 24×7 support, US and Canadian based
- They are also overflow support for Microsoft
- I often don’t bill my clients for calls I need to make on your behalf to Sherweb for a few reasons
- Sometimes I learn on that call and I consider it research
- I earn commission from Sherweb, so that’s how I can compliment these calls to my clients
Con’s of Appriver
- I will no longer be able to call on your behalf if you need my help
- Long wait times on the phone, when you get a technician, as of late they are new to the company and are not as experienced as the past Tier 1 team was
- You will have to ask for a “Florida tech” to get to the experienced first level technicians
- When you need to add or change a license, you have to call and get it done.
- The sales email queue takes days to answer
