How to stop attachments appearing in body of email Outlook 365

You can turn off the body attachment by going to

  • Upper left corner of Outlook
  • File
  • Options
  • Trust Center
  • Trust Center Settings
  • Attachment Handling
  • Check the box for “Turn off Attachment Preview”
