iPhone Will Not Add Microsft 365 Exchange Account
I was helping a client a few days ago with this issue. His original problem was due to his MS account needing MFA setup, with that we had to remove his email from his phone. We had issues adding it back in. He was using GoDaddy, so their security is sometimes different than MS direct security. He could not login, the screen went gray. I had him call Apple because everything I tried was not working. Glad he did, he got the right person who knew of this glitch! Here is the fix:
If it grays out
- Hit refresh in the upper right hand corner
- Go back to Settings, Mail and add the account again
If have other issues, your security for Microsoft may not be enabled or setup yet. You can book time on my calendar if you need help.
