Your account has been locked Outlook.com

I have seen this error before with new Outlook.com accounts, it’s very odd but it kicks in sometimes after you just set up a new Outlook.com account and then set up in Outlook Classic. Usually it happens the same day or next day.

If you’re not seeing email delivering or sending out, then log in on www.outlook.com and then you will see the security prompts. It should unlock in about 20 min, restart your Outlook program and test. If not working yet, give it more time.
