Many companies often setup Office 365 themselves, it’s pretty easy to do these days. Sometimes though, we find clients call us because they get caught up in a technical issue that Microsoft might not be able to help and you need to just be able to call and talk to a person that is US based, knowledgeable and fast to help. Call That Girl and her referral team does this all the time for clients, let us help you with your technical issues. We offer affordable by the hour expert level help and not only are we experts with Microsoft Dynamics, we know the just about everything else. We pride ourselves on being the only US based company to help companies of any size for any issue.
If you are looking for an expert to help setup a basic router, redesign your entire network or just help on a sticky problem, I know experts around the world. My technical contacts can help remotely or onsite. I help clients find technicians for special needs too. Need something special done? Let me know!
Please use my contact form below and let me know if you are a technician needing technical help or a client needing local onsite help. Thanks!
As an Outlook Expert, I often have to do these requests for clients. Repair or uninstall? I will let you know that repairing often and usually will uninstall Office 365. Either way, so here is a list of things to have ready before you do either. Be prepared! Oh and btw…the “quick online repair” often does nothing for a repair. And I’ll let you know that before I do the “Full repair”, I tell clients they better have a long time waiting for this, it can take hours! Almost easier to just reinstall and get the fresh install.
Before you try either, did you do all your Office updates? Sometimes this fixes weird glitches.
Backup all IMAP related calendars and contacts. It’s possible they might be gone. I backup my clients data anyway but you might not know this.
Never delete a profile in Outlook until you have all the data backedup. OST files with calendars and contacts will be deleted if the profile is fresh from an uninstall.
Have your Office 365 login information ready as you will need to maybe activate or log in and download fresh.
64 bit is not the best option for reinstalling in case you are wondering!
Need my help? Use my online scheduler below. Happy to help!
