Deleting junk folder emails keeps coming back to the junk folder
This client was having issues with his 365 Exchange email on 3 computers. He would delete his junk and then it would come back to the junk folder right after. I tested a new profile and it still had the issues. I went online and deleted the junk emails in the junk folder and they stayed deleted.

Your Microsoft Office 365 Will Be Canceled Event in Outlook Calendar
If you got this calendar event sent to you, and thought it was suspicious….you’re not alone. I got it and laughed immediately. First time I have ever seen a scammer start to use calendaring to get you to click links. First…the attachment is a phishing link, second….the email address is complete garbage and they booked me out a week on my calendar! I deleted it but it still blocked out my calendar as pending. I had to manually delete the appt from my calendar so my online scheduling system would work again.
