This error comes from Outlook 2016 if you are using exchange and do not have your Autodiscover setup.

How I got around it? I had to remove the first profile that had my exchange account in it. I needed a new profile to get around another famous error ” Outlook cannot log on Verify you are connected to the network” You can bookmark this blog if you like, as you might need it.
Outlook 2016 has arrived with it’s fair share of troubleshooting. I do this everyday for my job, so maybe my job is not for you. You can hire me to help. I try to blog what I can to help the general public, but everyday it seems there are new issues!

If you are looking for reviews for an online scheduling system that is compatible with Microsoft Outlook, I can highly recommend the program I am using right now. If you look at the bottom of this page you are on at the moment, you will see a pop up box. My website www.callthatgirl.biz also had a scheduling box that stays static. As a top ranked Outlook Expert in Google, I am quite busy and find using this system, simplifies my business bookings and gives a professional appearance that welcomes all clients to feel comfortable using my services. Here is the information below. The program is vCita. I found it last year when a college friend was starting up her business and I found it very neat and easy to use. I instantly purchased it and figured out all the settings and finally got it ready to go. In 2015, I booked almost 800 appointments with this system and I started in February.
