If an MX record is incorrect, outdated, or pointing to an old email provider, messages may not arrive where you expect them.

Unexpected forwarding can also be a sign of a compromised account.

Hackers who gain access to a mailbox may create rules designed to hide messages containing words related to payments, invoices, security notifications, or other important communications.
If you suspect an account has been compromised, checking mailbox rules should be part of the investigation.
OneDrive can be useful for storing and synchronizing business files, but users can encounter problems involving:
