How my services work:
- 10-min consult to see if we are a right match to help you get to your goals and solutions you’d like
- Onboarding appt, figure out your issues and I continue to work on the issues or we sometimes need to find a new solution (move to Exchange or move off GoDaddy, etc). If for some reason it turns out I’m not the right technician for you, I can either try to find you a referral (common for some Microsoft issues) or you can call Microsoft direct. I work as a fair biller, if I can help, then I’ll refund the time left or you can save to use at another time. Most clients end up keeping the time on the paid hour because they do use it later.
- I’ll try to soft quote you a time to get the work completed. Sometimes a 1-hour turns into a 3-hour project if you want solutions to make the goals happen.
- You approve and we can continue during that appointment or schedule for another time.
As no two clients have the same issues, it’s hard for me to give a hard quote but I am good at gauging time needed.
I offer no contracts, by-the-hour billing and strive to have a great experience with you.
