Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups
If you receive this message when trying to send an email to someone, then you have issues with your email account. This is not always an easy “quick button” fix. There are many reasons for this error, sometimes you have been hacked, sometimes you have issues with your settings with the email hosting and sometimes you have issues with Outlook itself.
Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to give you a “Fix” for this as you might hope. I will recommend that you call me to help you fix this issue. I am very familiar with email, Outlook and Office 365. Most appointments for these types of calls are one hour in length. I also sell support plans if you want to continue using my services for other needs such as IT helpdesk for Outlook and Office 365.
