Outlook Troubleshooting

| June 3, 2016 | 0 Comments

Outlook troubleshooting is not an easy thing to do, I do it all day long. I’m an expert in Microsoft Outlook and here are a few tips for you before you dive into the program.

1.) Back up all PST files

2.) If you are dealing with an OST file, never delete it. Remember you cannot import a OST file either, so if you need that file, it has to be repaired.

3.) Have all of your Microsoft account information for software and disks ready to go.

4.) Have all of your passwords ready too.

While Outlook is a great program overall, when it breaks, it can be bad. Problems are not always easy with Outlook and if you feel you need a trained technician to assist, I am here to help. I am a Microsoft Outlook Expert and can handle all types of Outlook and Email related troubleshooting, repairs and training.
