Microsoft Teams Training for Techs and Their Clients

Technicians have been asking me if I can train their IT business on how to setup Microsoft Teams and some are asking if I can train their clients too. I have done a lot of referral work and I created a referral plan for IT businesses to use my services, refer their clients and keep a well managed relationship between everyone. I pay a commission of 10% for all referral work you send me.

Below is the outline of how my training work, this is for both Technical companies and their clients

1.) Purchase a 2 hour prepaid ticket of $350. This covers the initial 60 min training with primary/owner, questions after training and remote work needed. Clients including yourself will have those quick questions a week or two later. I bill for all my time as I can’t control or know what questions will come up later.

2.) Schedule the 60-min training with primary, decisions will be made on what features they want to use, use in the future and ask all employees (attendee’s) to start using.

3.) After training with primary, a formal training decision will be made and quoted, then scheduled. Invoice is due before the scheduled training day. Typical training is 1 hour.

4.) Formal training of 60-min includes a live interactive Microsoft Teams experience. Attendee’s will have their Microsoft Teams open and be in my webinar. As I do segments, the attendees will be asked to do activities so they can actually use Microsoft Teams and learn the tasks assigned by primary.

5.) A second training session may be scheduled later to cover more extended/advanced features assigned by primary/owner.
