G Suite Sync will not launch new user

Update….this issue should be fixed by updating your Office and Windows. I had a download at one time but it no longer works. Sorry about that.

    I just wanted to thank you for this post. I was facing exactly the same issue. Called Google but they weren’t able to solve the issue yesterday. After following your recommendations, G suite is now working on my PC. Thanks!

    Hi

    Just to let you know i had this same problem – however the issue is actually caused by outlook.

    If you go to control panel you will notice you cannot open the mail option (so neither can google apps sync).

    You need to do an online quick repair on on office by going to control panel > programs and features > office > change

    Once the repair was complete i was able to set up a user profile!

      Thank you, mikec. I was actually doing an online repair when I found your post. As you said, once the repair was done, I was able to successfully launch “Set up A G Suite User”.
